The first choice when a company outsources its car service is how to cooperate: a long-term framework agreement, or booking trip by trip? We support both — here is the honest difference.

Long-term agreement: for companies that book often

Single booking: for one-off needs

The common path

Most long-term clients start with a single booking — one exhibition, one executive visit — then move to a framework agreement once the service is proven. The two also run in parallel: daily travel under the agreement, big events quoted as projects.

Settlement and invoices

Corporate bank transfer, debit cards, domestic and international credit cards, government card payments, Alipay and WeChat; long-term clients settle periodically in bulk. Electronic VAT special or ordinary invoices. Cancellations or changes made 2–6 hours before the trip are free; specifics follow the agreement.
